Subject: Forming enquiry committee.

Dear Mr. Hasan Mahabub,

Your reply regarding the misconduct does not satisfy our management. We are forming an enquiry
committee about this matter. The committee will be formed by a total of two members. One member
will be assigned by you from this organization (Edu-Smart) & another member will be assigned our
management.

You are hereby required to give us one name from Edu-Smart by 10 December 2019 for enquiry
committee who will investigate this matter from your side. An enquiry will be held to you in
presence of the committee on 15 December, 2019 at 10:00 AM at HR & Admin Department.

At the Enquiry you will be given full opportunity to conduct your defence by examining your
witnesses and cross examining the Company's witnesses. Should you fail to present yourself at the
enquiry it will proceed expert.

The receipt of this letter should be acknowledged.
