Dear Mr. Hasan Mahabub,

We found the report of the complaint against you and after reviewing the CC camera footage the
committee got the prove that you were at office & entered at your shared cabin at 4:17 PM on 28
December, 2019. You lied in your earlier applications about this matter.

Accordingly, you are hereby required to show cause within 8 days, days of the receipt hereof as to
why you should not be dismissed or otherwise punished.

If you fail to submit your explanation as required, it will be presumed that you admit the charges and
have no explanation to offer and the matter will be disposed of without any further reference to you.

The receipt of this letter should be acknowledged.
