I. LEARNING OUTCOMES
1. Describe the Sacraments as Christ’s presence ad grace through the liturgy and

Sacraments as Christ’s disciples in today’s world.
3. Relate the person, life, and mission of Jesus to the celebration of the Sacraments.

the Seven Sacraments that could be supported by a concept map, or with the use of symbols

anchored on the lessons learned in the class. This task will allow students to creatively
synthesize the entire lesson on the Sacraments and how they can relate and apply this in their
doctrinal and moral life.

III. PROCEDURES OR GUIDELINES

Sacred Scriptures and Church Teachings, through an essay, or a concept map with explanation
and descriptions. They can use symbols or pictures to support their description. They are also
expected to integrate their personal encounter of God through the lessons they have learned in
the class. The scope of their synthesis will start from the Sacraments in General until the Seven
Sacraments. Students are also asked to propose concrete ways on how to become Christ’s
disciples in today’s world and relate/apply the lessons learned in their life of knowing Jesus
