Death and Dying

1. Make a reflection:
Think back to the time you had your clinical exposure. Have you experienced caring for a dying person? What nursing
care have you provided to your patient? If given an opportunity to care again a dying patient what will you do aside
from the management you have mentioned already?

If not able to handle a dying patient personally but witness your classmates patient who is dying, what did you do?
What nursing care could you have provided if that was your patient?
How can you as a student nurse, promote the dying persons bill of rights?
Cite any realization / learning insights from the experiences you have shared.

Instruction: Place it in a long bond paper with font size of 11, calibri. Margin 1 inch all sides.
