I will get the grade of:

For CON: 83% in all Nursing Subjects (RLE and Lecture)

For CBIT: 85% in All Major subjects Accounting, Business Law, Taxation, Economics, English and
Mathematics subjects, 83% in Computer, Management and Finance subjects (for BSA)
83% in all major subjects Accounting, Management, Finance, Marketing, Taxation, Law and
English subjects (for BSMA)
83% in all major subjects Accounting, Marketing, Computer, Management, Taxation, Law and
English subjects (for BSAT)
CHED passing requirement in all other subjects

For CASE: 83% in all GE courses and 85% in all Professional Education subjects and major subjects (for
Teacher Education Students)
83% in all GE courses and 85% in all Professional Education subjects and major subjects (for
BS Psych)
83% in all GE courses and major subjects (for AB)

In the event that I fail to reach the cut-off grade in the subjects mentioned above, I am willing to retake the
subject where my grade is below cut-off.

That when an “Incomplete” mark is inevitable, I will be given only one semester to comply my “INC”. Failure
to do this would mean an automatic 70% in the subject, hence said subject has to be repeated.

To contribute to the Drug Free Campus of SPU-Dumaguete, I voluntarily submit myself to random Drug
Testing. In case I am found POSITIVE, I take upon myself to withdraw my enrolment in SPU-Dumaguete.

I promise to abide by the standing policies and rules of discipline as embodied in the student handbook.
