 Inspection of all the received raw material, job works and bought out material as per their quality plans.
 Verification of test certificates of raw material as per given material standard.
 Testing of raw material on UTM for mechanical properties.
 Supplier end visit and verification of parts.
 Supplier training for product requirements details.
 Supplier performance monitoring with the help of purchase function and inform to supplier.
 Analysis the root cause for rework, rejection and customer complaint under the guidance of department head.
 Daily setup approval in all process
 Daily in process inspection as per control plan.
 Daily review of process document (process sheet/control plan/work instruction etc) and ensure availability at relevant places.
 Monthly review of process documents and modification/correction as necessary.
 Daily NCP review and dispose material as per procedure.
  Daily rework inspection and approval.
 Monthly review of master sample availability and taking necessary action to ensure availability of right master sample.
 Daily analysis of rejection and review & reporting to QA head.
 Data collection of SPC.
 Layout inspection of part according to drawing.
 Recording of documentation as per ISO.

Achievements:-
 To conduct cycle time study for various products.
 Line inspection and checking all the parameters including relative parameters.
 Rejection control under target.
