    A1 L40 L41: Comparison & superlative

    Comparison : used to compare one noun to another noun.


    ex : the dog is faster than the elephant.
    Superlative : used to compare three or more nouns.
    ex : the horse is the fastest.

    Examples :
     My house is larger than hers.
     This box is smaller than the one I lost. Comparison
     Your dog is faster than Jim's dog.
     The rock is higher than the roof.

     My house is the largest one in our neighborhood.


     This is the smallest box I've ever seen. Superlative
     Your dog was the fastest of any dog in the race.
     We all have trees in our yard. My tree is the tallest.
