In the QSK you are supporting the MAC project as Extension officer. After review of your behavior
towards your other team, of which you were also a part, Misconduct was identified. Some of the main
findings are mentioned below:

The Code of conduct and procedures were frequently violated by you, your behavior and attitude
towards your other team member was very rude and unacceptable,. More over you used abusive and
rude language, you threatened and even you attempted to hit your female colleague, that is totally
against the organizational policies and procedures,
You were provided with a detailed debrief on findings of the review followed by exhaustive
discussions. Regarding your behavior, I am obliged to warn you to immediately improve your
behavior.
This is your final Warning letter; any further violation of MC policies will result in your immediate
termination.
