❖ LINK site ID and info to be mentioned clearly.
 Don’ts :

• Don’t leave/delete any event. Make sure all events against Zone name are answered.

• Don’t leave reason id blank or use wrong format.

• Don’t use wrong Reason Id ( be specific to fault technology/IP)
