For your consideration is the following

BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR MOBILIZATION FUND

TO DEFRAY ESTIMATED COST OF RECUITMENT
OF MEMBERS AND OFFICERS OF MALASAKIT PARTY IN REGION III

TARGET: (Majority requirement of regional constitutency in Region III for

Malasakit) To meet the minimum requirement of the COMELEC in approving the
registration of MALASAKIT PARTY under the Party-List System, MALASAKIT must
established local chapters in the majority of cities pertaining to each province of
Region III.

We therefore recommend the recruitment of members and the

establishment of local chapters among the following areas to dispel any future
claim and opposition to the registration and that MALASAKIT is a mere fly-by-
night organization. Thus:

1. Nueva Ecija, all cities and, it is recommended, all of its municipalities,

2. Tarlac, all cities and majority of municipalities,
3. Pampanga, all cities and majority of municipalities,
4. Bulacan, all cities and majority of municipalities
5. Bataan, the lone City of Balanga and majority of the municipalities,
6. Zambales, Olongapo City and majority of the municipalities, including
Iba, the seat of the province, and
7. Aurora and all of its municipalities

This budget proposal aims to mobilized recruitment teams that will go to

each provinces and conduct intensified recruitment of members and chapter
officers of Malasakit.
 After due consideration, it is suggested that a conservative budget
representing an initial mobilization fund of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS to
the recruiting teams will start the ball rolling. Subject to replenishment later
provided there is substantial accomplishments shown in the recruitment.
