PROJECT OBJECTIVE:
GradFor will be a API driven web application for the welfare of both the sides of the
system, Students and Schools. International students can streamline the process of
getting the admission to Canadian schools. GradFor will contain resources which will
help the applicants to choose the schools and courses according to their interest,
convenience and matching different criteria. GradFor also benefits the school by
enrolling them to a corresponding platform where they can rely on the diversity of the
applications, requirement fulfilling applications, document verification. Schools can also
benefit by promoting their workshops, campus and courses. GradFor will be a secured
portal with all primary resources needed by the students or any institutions.

DELIVERABLES:
 A tested and operational dynamic web application meeting the required
specifications and features.
 A secure and robust database.
 An admin panel, a Student portal, a Colleges portal, a Counselor portal.
A user friendly and visually appealing Interface.
 A secure transaction portal.
 Student/School support portal.
 Mode of contact, Feedback.

PROJECT ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:

 Successful implementation of the student portal, a college portal and a
counselor portal.
 Successful implementation of the Admin portal.
 Programs data into database and extracting it as metrics in a
consistent manner.
PROJECT EXCLUSIONS:
 GradFor is limited to helping the students who want to take admission in the
STEM courses.
 The development of the web application depends on availability of the
API’s and Data required.

PROJECT CONSTRAINTS:
 The regulations of different schools for displaying their information should
be followed.
 Portal should be secured to protect the data privacy policy.

 FrontEnd Technologies: Bootstrap, React.
 BackEnd Technologies: NodeJS, express.
 Database: MongoDB/MySQL.
