Dear Parents/ Guardians:

We, the teachers of the Senior High School are certainly delighted that our Homeroom PTA
meeting held last June 21-22 had a successful outcome. Moreover, we are so appreciative to your effort of
visiting the school despite your hectic schedule.

For all the parents, we would like to inform you this pertinent matter. In adherence to the TCA-
PTA Constitution and Bylaws as stated in the Article 5 Section 4-5 that “it is a must for all parents to be
present during PTA meetings and conferences. Moreover, a parent may choose a representative in case
he/she may be absent. Furthermore, each homeroom may penalize any parent/guardian who shall be
absent during meetings.

Hence, it is the discretion of the institution to let the Homeroom impose penalty to
parents/guardians who cannot attend to events such as mentioned above. The proceeds of this fine will be
utilized for the learning necessities needed by the Homeroom.
