    In line with the submission of this replenishment request, some of the temporary receipts do
    not have contact numbers, names, nor address. The sellers at “sari-sari” stores did not
    provide the said information because of security purposes. Rest assured that these receipt
    were prepared honestly based on the exact purchase.
