    Gela TSULADZE,

    Thanks for your prompt response.

    We are so sorry to say that treated bamboo was not clearly mentioned in your technical specification,
    Drawings & other tender documents and we didn’t consider treated bamboo on our financial offer.

    After visiting site & considering all other factors we are not ready to accept this 500 shelters.

    Hopefully IFRC will understand & Nibir Nirman will be on IFRC choice list for any further program. Nibir
    Nirman wishing a great success of IFRC’s shelter program.
