We TATA METALIKS LTD., (Formerly known as TATA METALIKS DI PIPES LTD.)

who are established and reputable manufacturers of DI K7 & K9 class pipes
conforming to IS: 8329/2000, having factories at Kharagpur, West Bengal, do hereby
authorize M/s. Sri Sri Vigneswara Constrcutions, D. No.25/27, Sanjeeva Nagar,
Nandyal-518501, Kurnool Dist.., to bid, negotiate and conclude the contract with you
against NIT No: 01/2020-21, Dt.08.06.2020 of the Chief Engineer-V, M B Hyderabad,
for the above goods manufactured by us. We also under take to supply the above
materials as per time schedule given by the purchaser.

We hereby extend our full guarantee and warranty as noted below for the goods for
supply against this invitation for bid by the above firm.

WARRANTY:

1. We warrant that the goods supplied under this contract are new, unused, of the
most recent or current models and incorporate all recent improvements in design
and materials unless provided otherwise in the contract. We further warrants that
the goods supplied under this contract shall have no defect arising from design,
materials or workmanship (except insofar as the design or material is required by
the purchaser’s specifications) or from any act or omission of that may develop
under normal use of the supplied goods in the conditions prevailing in the country
of final destination.

2. This warranty shall remain valid for (24 months) after the goods or any portion
thereof as the case may be, have been delivered (and commissioned) to the final
destination indicated in the contract, or for (30 months) after the date of inspection
from the functioning whichever period concluded earlier.
