a) The goods to be supplied under the contract are new, unused, of the most recent or
current specification and incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials
unless provided otherwise in the tender.
b) The goods in the renderer’s bid have no defect arising from manufacturer, materials or
workmanship or from any act of omission of the tenderer that may develop under
normal use of the goods under the conditions obtaining in Kenya

The warranty will remain valid for one (1) year after the goods, or any portion thereof as the
case may be, have been delivered to the final destination indicated in the contract.
