7-day juicing shopping list

Please try to buy organic wherever possible. We would like to get rid of toxins!

Fruit and veg

32 apples
6 spears asparagus
5 ripe medium/large avocado
5 bananas
8 bulbs raw beetroot
1 large head of broccoli
1 large head of cauliflower
17 medium carrots (try organic)
20 sticks celery
1 courgette (zucchini)
6 cucumbers
1 small bag kale (200gr)
1 large bag (500 gr) spinach
6 lemons
9 limes
4 oranges
3 parsnips
9 pears
3 pineapples
1 small red cabbage
2 tomatoes
1 bag (300 gr) mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Herbs

4 leaves basil
1 bulb fennel
2-3 large claws ginger
1 bunch of mint

Seeds and nuts


1 bag mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, chia)
200 gr unsalted & raw almonds

Other

Vanilla extract (preferably from pods)


Honey (preferably Manuka) – we only need 2 teaspoons
100% raw cacao powder – we only need 2 teaspoons
TAHINI – sesame seed butter (can be replaced by almond butter, or can be left out, we only need 1 teaspoon)
Hemp protein powder
1 l still mineral water

Probiotics (1-2 tablet a day)
