MAY Dissertation defense

SAVE THE DATES:

The defense session will be between 13th and 17th May. Please, be sure you are available during all these
days. Due to jury availability, we need you to be available all week.

DUE DATES:

All documents (Dissertation and Final Cases) must be sent by promoters before April 12th. Note that you
should summit a draft to Turnitin link a week before its official summit, April 5th (to see similarities).

All students have to be registered for defense before April 19th (the registration consists in sending to
l.sugranes@euruni.edu saying you are available to defend between 13th and 17th May). If not, you won’t
be able to defend during that session and will have to wait until the next session (September).

If you have some date problem, communicate to us between 1st -12th April. During April 29th - May 3rd,
your defense time will be communicated to you. After May 3rd there won’t be any changes and if you
can not come, please notify us to reschedule your defense to September.

Keep in mind that Bachelor students have to submit and defend their thesis and 2 final cases in the
same session. You will have 15 minutes for Thesis defense and 10 minutes for 2 cases defense.

Master students will defend only the thesis. You will have 15 minutes for thesis defense.

(Please, note that is recommended to hand in the 1st proposal to your Promoter on February 2019
maximum and the hand in of the 1st draft to your Promoter on March 2019).

COMMUNICATIONS:

All emails are sent to Euruni email, it is your responsibility to revise it regularly, and if you are not able to
connect to it, is your responsibility to contact us for any communication.

ONLINE DEFENSES:

One or two days before the session, you will receive a link to connect to. If the same day of the defense
session you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
