Troubleshooting complex SIP customer problems such as call quality, feature malfunctions, and performance bottlenecks. Writing code/scripts to automate the provisioning, installation, and monitoring of SIP services 5+ years experience with SIP messaging and application troubleshooting Call flow analysis , tcpdump/PCAP/Wireshark usage and analysis SIP related protocols: SDP, RTP, codecs (G.711, G.722, G.729, Opus, iLBC, H.264, VP8), WebRTC Programming - C, C++, PHP , GDB / analyzing core dumps / back traces Git/Bitbucket: cloning, modifying, forking, merging, and submitting Resolving library dependencies , Advanced shell programming, Bash Proven track record of delivering complex software/hardware projects on schedule. Ability to work within cross-functional teams on a complex project. Excellent communication skills Linux administration: rpm/yum package creation, installation, management, DNS/BIND, FTP Networking and TCP/IP protocol stack programming and troubleshooting , NAT/PAT Firewall and port behavior and functionality, Process Automation , Writing Documentation
