1 PREPARATORY WORKS
1.01 Mark structure, clear the terrain including removing
hummus and making a 20 cm layer of gravel on the
terrain around the structure and taking excess ground

1.02 Machine excavation of ground for continuous footings,
category III wide excavation in wet soil and terrain
levelling according to design. Calculation by m3 of
excavated natural ground. Take measurements on site.

1.03 Backfill and compact soil in 20 cm layer, including
wetting around the foundations and across the terrain,
using vibro compactors, to achieve the necessary
compactness. Calculation by m3 of loose ground
(+20%). Take measurements on site.

1.04 Load, transport and unload excess ground to landfill up
to 10 km away. Calculation by m3 of transported loose
ground (+20%). Take measurements on site.

1.05 Procure, transport, fill and spread tampon layers of

gravel (natural gravel) under the floor slab and
continuous footings. Calculation by m3 of gravel
purchased, filled and spread to necessary
compressibility MS40.

1.06 Make continuous footings using reinforced concrete
MB 30, reinforced using static calculations and
reinforcement details. Calculation by m3 of set with
plating.

1.07 Make reinforced concrete monolith floor slab MB 30 -
ground slab, according to static calculations,
reinforcement details and regulations for reinforcement
concrete works. Calculation by m2 of slab made
according to description with plating.

reinforced concrete MB 30 with smooth plating,
according to static calculations, reinforcement details
