Current status and Future Plans

Current Status:

KoCreate currently operate from Tapasya, Sector 126 Noida with 17000 sq ft 375+ seats, Sector 63 Noida with 12000 sq ft
275+ seats and Laxmi Nagar Delhi with 6000 sq ft 150 seats.

Our upcoming locations are:

• MMR Sector 62 (16500 sq ft 365 seats)

• MMR Sector 127 Noida (17000 sq ft 375 seats)

All above locations are scheduled to open by Sept-Oct 2019.

Future Plans:

Other multiple locations in pipelines and schedule to open by FY 2019-20 are Gurgaon, Pune, Indore, Delhi (3 locations),
Mumbai and Chandigarh.

Target to achieve 5000 seats by End of FY 2019-20.
