OFF LINE WASHING SYSTEM OF THE GT COMPRESSOR

1. Make sure Air Intake flap is opened and Dehumidifier is off.

2. Open IGV manually 100%
3. Start up the Lube Oil Cooler.
4. Generator cooling pump from SLC.
5. Oil Mist eliminator.
6. Generator cooling fan.
7. Open all (10 no’s) the drain valves.
8. Make sure Turning Gear is engaged.
9. Select AUX # 1(C-WASH) in “SFC” window.
10. Disengage the Turning Gear.
11. Select prepare in “SFC” preparation then “ON” command should be enable.
12. “ON” SFC.
13. When speed reaches to 10Hz open off line washing skid and 125 liter solution
will go through off line valve.
14. Open on line washing valve and closed off line washing valves. Allow rest of the
solution to go through on line washing valve (375 Liter).
15. OFF” SFC
16. Engage turning gear
17. Soaking will be continued for next 20 minutes.
18. Repeat process (4-12) again for DM water only.
19. Closed the all (10nos) valves.
20. Closed (C-WASH) system.

N.B: Generator voltage set point should be 100% for getting the Generator
voltage 15.75KV (After Synchronization).
