CHAPTER 4

PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA

This chapter presents the findings of the study based on the analyzed data. The

presentation is through figures and tables for proportion statistics. The various results

were presented with corresponding discussions and explanations. Data was collected

through giving of questionnaires. The target response was 30 and completely 100%

respondents participated in the study.

DEMOGRAPHICS

Based on gender, most of our respondents were females representing the 80%

and male were 20%.

Most of the respondents were in the stage of adolescence representing the

46.67% and the 0% is children (refer figure 3). The mean of the ages of respondents is

27.36 years, median of 23.5 years and mode of 20 years. The youngest was 16 years

old and the oldest is 69 years old.

LEVEL OF MARKETING STRATEGIES

In our research, these are the answer of the management about the marketing

strategies that they built for satisfying the customer

Customers view on product offered is the key to their satisfaction. When ask to

rate the factors affecting the design of the product, personalized cake having the mean

of 5 is the highest rate while creative packaging for cakes with the mean of 3.7 is having

the lowest rate. Overall total for the designing is 4.53. This result says that designing

satisfy the customers.

Table 4 shows the delivery which had the overall mean of 3. Cash on delivery

can satisfy the customers.

Advertising shows the overall mean of 4.60 rated as very satisfactory. Based on

the legend, figure presents very satisfactory responses to all sub-factors. It means that

the advertisement is effective marketing strategy.

The 3 tables shows the marketing strategy is very satisfactory. For advertising

which is having the highest mean of 4.6, designing for having the mean of 4.53 and the

lowest mean which is the delivery with the mean of 3.

LEVEL OF CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION

In our research, these are the answer of the customer in services made by the

firm to satisfy them.

Table 6 shows the highest mean for deliciousness of cakes is 4.83 which is very

satisfactory while deliciousness of foods in caterings is 4.80 is having the lowest mean.

The overall mean of taste of 4.82 which says that the customers are very satisfy with

the taste.

cakes got the highest mean of 4.73 and the lowest but still very satisfactory is the cakes

of 4.91. The foods got the highest mean of 4.97 and the icing is the lowest men of 4.83.

Customers’ also rate the cakes and shows that they are very satisfy with it by having the

mean of 4.93.

mean of 4.72. Catering design which is having the highest mean of 4.90 and

personalize cakes for having the mean of 4.83. The lowest mean belongs to the

creativity of the packaging which is 4.43.
