PROCEDURES
4.1 Introductory Activity MOL (prayer and checking of attendance)
5 minutes Review of the previous lesson.
-The teacher calls random students and asks to give one plumbing tool and its
function/usage.
4.2 Activity Group Activity
15 minutes The teacher presents the two forms used in requesting for plumbing
materials and tools. The students are tasked to write down at least three
possible usage of the forms presented. The teacher then selects some
students to share in the class the things they wrote on the paper.
4.3 Analysis Ask the learners the following question:
5 minutes - Is it necessary to use such forms?
- What is the purpose of using these kinds of forms?
4.4 Abstraction Discussion on the different forms and the terminologies found in a form.
10 minutes
4.5 Application The class will be divided into 5 groups. The groups are tasked to present a
15 minutes short role play portraying on how to use the forms properly. Each group is
given 5 minutes to prepare and a minimum of 3 minutes to maximum of 5
minutes for their presentation. The presentation will be graded accordingly.

4.6 Assessment The students will answer Self-check 2.1 on pages 26.

you had requested?

4.8 Concluding Activity Minute Paper


5 minutes In just one minute, the students are tasked to write down the things he/she
learned from the lesson. Random students will be called to share his/her
answer.
