Ms. Sabado has exhibited high proficiency
in influencing others to observe and
adhere to the policies, rules and other

related an incident wherein she
encountered a colleague not complying
with the requirements in the office. Her

Ms. Sabado has shown strength in
providing timely solutions to problems
and decision dilemmas. Her clients had
issues on banking procedures with their
bank partner. They could not get money
from their bank accounts and wanted to
close their accounts and transfer to

Ms. Sabado has demonstrated strength in
increasing productivity and efficiency at
work by applying new ideas and creative
solutions to existing processes, methods,
and services. When she was new at the
Japanese Embassy, she noticed that the

Motivational Fit Hihg –OHRMD Ms. Martina Sabado is currently employed
(TSSD); at the Japanese Embassy as an
High - PRO Administrative Assistant. She provides
long term administrative support
(equivalent to Financial Accounting) to
five units in the organization. She does
not function as a supervisor but she
provides help to supervisors in their
needs. At the Japanese Embassy, she
enjoys providing support to clients and
service providers but she wants to go back
to public service and take up Law.
Further, she considers the promixity of her
residence to Civil Service Commission
Central Office.
