1) What are the types of evaluation? State their advantages and limitations. 2) Why does evaluation lead to academic excellence?
MED 08 – Human Development and Learning Behavior Development
1) Explain Piaget’s learning theory and cognitive development theory. How can you relate it to your role as an educational leader? Give concrete examples. 2) Discuss Vygotsky’s theory of development. Cite instances by which this theory can contribute to the development of your learners.
MED 09 - Policies, Regulations and Current Issues in Philippine Higher Education
1) Give 3 policies governing the Philippine Higher Education. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the said policies. 2) There is deterioration in terms of the status of Higher Education Institutions. Give 3 causes of it. How can they be addressed?
MED 10 - Dimensions and Framework of Academic Extension and Community Resources/Relationships

1) Why is communication important to the teaching profession? Describe the educational leaders with good communication skills? In what ways you can further develop your communication skills? 2) The ability to communicate is very crucial for teachers to develop as they are expected to deal with different stakeholders and educate the learners under their care. Propose a plan focusing on the faculty communication enhancement program.
