During the course, the main activities I’ve done were
the following:

The course contents are relevant and helpful,
particularly in assisting me in developing a personal
strategy for the growth of my thinking skills. These
became applicable for the courses discussed,
causing me to study and gain more knowledge on
how I might improve my thinking skills in this trying
times of new normal set-up. Because of this
pandemic, it is difficult to provide quality education
and concentrate on online class because of poor
internet connectivity, family problems and poor
access to other learning resources. However,
nothing is impossible if we have a positive mindset,
a strong sense of compassion, and a strong
commitment to our pupils. When the pandemic is
over, I hope to overcome these difficulties and build
a fresh learning experience for my pupils with the
aid of this learning course.
The following are the most typical issues or
difficulties I faced during the course:
1. Internet Connection –either at school or in my
neighborhood, there is a weak internet signal. It's
difficult since I need to find a location with a good
internet connection so that I can attend the
synchronous and asynchronous class.

why?
What can you say about your overall experience
in the course (comments on chat, forum, course
requirements, tutor, and online modality)?
2. Time Management- due to overlapping work in
school such as participating webinars, multiple
trainings, doing school paperwork’s and also
printing, sorting, reproducing modules, I must
designate time for course compliance.
3. Answering Forum Questions and Assignments-
due to unstable health condition, I have difficulty in
formulating and finishing my answers for the written
requirements; aside from that, there are overlapping
works such as online quick reports, webinars, LAC
sessions, module reproduction, distribution, retrieval,
home visitation, and verification of students' written
works and performance tasks. Nonetheless, I've
managed to survive and do everything with
perseverance.
This learning course provided me with significant
learning insights in the areas of critical, creative,
self-regulated, and reflective thinking. The capacity
to ask appropriate questions through engaging in
various purposeful activities to improve my thinking
skills. In addition to that, being able to cultivate my
HOTS and alter transform my classroom into a
thinking classroom, and devise a plan that
incorporates learning activities that improve
student’s Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). I also
learn about converting classroom into a thinking
classroom by creating a plan that incorporates
learning activities that help students improve their
HOTS. I grew more receptive to new ideas and
suggestions of my principal, co-teachers for the
improvement of myself, my pupils, and those around
me with the objective of providing an effective
quality education, particularly in these difficult times.
Apart from pouring my heart into teaching, I must
also go out of my way to assist students, especially
now that we are in a new normal.
To be more successful and effective in my teaching -
learning instruction, I need to strengthen all aspects
of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). In addition,
I need to improve on my teaching strategies to
enhance my pupil’s learning performance.
I did not have any regrets about enrolling in this
learning course because I learnt a lot. I am
overjoyed that I got picked as a scholar in my
division (San Carlos City) to take this course. I am
deeply grateful to my colleagues in this class for
sharing other infos to me related with the course.

What are your other comments and a
suggestion for improving the content coverage
and the way the course is delivered?
our FLT, whom I most like because of his intellect
and competence, not only in course-related matters,
but also because he is accommodating and very
considerate. When answering forum questions and
completing our course requirements, he gives us
additional time to complete the needed reports.
There are times that we have difficulty dealing in
time-management during our synchronous class and
responding with forum discussions, however we
manage to accomplish and answer those required
outputs despite of our busy schedule. It has been a
tough journey, but I am grateful for the chance.
The content coverage and the way the course was
delivered are both remarkable. I have nothing
negative to say about it. In this 21 st century, Guro 21
Course 2 is a great privilege of learning because I
was able to learn new things even while working
full-time and juggling several projects. Furthermore,
I need to be endowed with these thinking skills to
continue motivating and educating my pupils with
the best that I can.
