Digital Marketing Introduction:
Digital Marketing is the term used for the targeted,
measurable, and interactive marketing of products or
services using digital technologies to reach the viewers,
turn them into customers, and retain them.
• Digital marketing achieves targets of marketing a
business through different online channels.

Purpose Of Digital Marketing:


• Purpose of digital marketing In today’s business
scenario, people are shifting more and more from the use
of traditional to digital media.
People are using different mediums such as laptops,
mobile phones and desktops to read contents.

What makes digital marketing so vital?


Since it is playing a major role in marketing at present, it
is likely to replace other forms of marketing in the future.

Types of Digital Marketing:


1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : It is organic and
we don’t have to pay google for promotion of the page or
to increase like.
2. Content Marketing : It provides potential customers
with a continual supply of educational, relevant and
interesting content.
3. Social Media Marketing (SMM) : It helps brands to
engage with the target audience.
4. Affiliate Marketing : It brings customers through
external websites.
5. Email Marketing : In email marketing subject line is
important and should be jassy for attracting customers

How is digital marketing different from


traditional marketing ?
The traditional manner of marketing involved businesses
to advertise their products or services on print media,
radio and television commercials, business cards, bill
boards, and in many other similar ways where Internet or
social media websites were not employed for advertising.
Traditional marketing policies had limited customer
reachability and scope of driving customers’ buying
behavior.

Advantages Of Digital Marketing


The main advantage of digital marketing is that a
targeted audience can be reached in a costeffective and
measurable way. Other digital marketing advantages
include increasing brand loyalty and driving online sales.

Scope Of The Project
1. To understand the digital marketing models.
2. To understand marketing effectiveness.
3. To understand how digital marketing campaigns take
place.
4. To understand how digital marketing has impact on
revenue generations.
Methodology
The projects done at E4 were of different natures.
We have to perform all sorts of research whether it be
competitor analysis or information gathering.
We have also made some online digital advertisements
i.e. Brochure’s and Ad Videos

Alongside 12 Assignments in 6 weeks we were also
given the opportunity to undertake 3 Live Projects too,

There are many companies which provide similar
services like E4.
We have mapped such companies with the services of
E4.
We have selected of 15 such companies and listed their
products comparison viz-viz E4 in the excel sheet.

Analysis
E4 has some unique programs
Master coach program is the USP of E4 DIGITAL as no
other company provides this program
The executive plan is also not completely comparable as
most companies offer the program but they have certain
tweaks of their own but E4 has perfected the program
giving the very best opportunity to individuals who opt
for the program.
E4 has a very good base with Institutions across Mumbai
region and is providing a very good opportunity to
Students to make a future in Marketing field.
E4 needs to be active on social media.
E4 has competition from companies like hero mind-mine
and the work better.
E4 has give more attention in marketing.
E4 compared to other companies have presence in MBA
institutions

2.Competitor’s Analysis of Going Digital


There are many companies which provide similar
services like Going Digital (GD).
We have mapped such companies with the services of
GD.
We have selected of 15 such companies and listed their
products comparison viz-viz GD in the excel sheet.

Analysis
Going Digital has good presence across various social
platform but they need to increase their number of
followers. The product offered are varied, they have wide
range of product and services
Digital doctor is their unique program, no other
competitors has such program.
There are many companies which provide similar
services like going digital. We have mapped such
companies with the services of going digital. We have
selected of 10 such companies and listed their products
comparison viz-viz going Digital in the excel sheet.

Vendor Management
Here for girls we were given the task to map out 10-12
night wears companies.
The entire list comprising all the details of manufacturer
is given in the excel sheet
After comparing 10-12 Such manufacturers I found that
most of them were competitive in the market i.e. their
products were in same price range.

Experience at E4:
The overall experience working at E4 was great. Got an
opportunity to gain a lot of conceptual knowledge
regarding the Digital marketing. Got to know about
challenges and opportunities for digital marketing in
India. Gain basic understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM,
ORM, etc. Digital marketing work is all about a team
work and it always try to give best out of all. How to do
a formal communication. There are lots of situations
where I am completely blank and I don’t know how to do
some task. In those situations I observed my colleagues
to know how they are doing it and I understood the
importance of observation. Time Management is the big
management lesson I have learnt. The experience as well
as the knowledge I have gained from here will surely
help me in my future job and help me to be successful
The assignments was very interesting especially the
assignment related to digital marketing where we had to
make videos, infographics, brochures was very
interesting and was helpful in gaining and developing
technical skills
