Dear Sir/Madam,
On June 20, I hired cable and internet TV services in your facilities, the first five days,
everything was fine but from the sixth day the internet started to go very slow, I can no longer
connect more than three devices because the internet is leaving, it should be noted that
when contracting the service they told me that it was for six devices, like the cable service is
very bad, since with any wind the signal goes away or very few channels appear almost 50%
of the contracted
