    Greetings of peace!
    Please consider my “Letter of Request” regarding my decision of transferring from
    Mabalacat Technical Vocational School to Doña Asuncion Lee Integrated School.
    In reference to my desire to transfer, this intent has been conceived for the following
    reasons:
    1. The currently assigned school, Mabalacat Technical Vocational School located in Old
    Macapagal, Mabalacat City, is too far from my house, San Antonio, Concepcion, Tarlac.
    2. Given the location, it greatly affects my finances in transportation.
    3. Travel time is consuming because of the daily heavy traffic and inconsistent availability
    of public utility jeepneys from Mabalacat City to Old Macapagal Village.
    For these reasons, I am humbly appealing to your office to consider my intention of
    transfer.
