    of Sta. Clara Elementary School located at Sta. Clara, Sto. Tomas City Batangas, is
    hazard to safety of our learners. Also, its structure is not of its sufficient strength and
    stability, thus, posing dangers to human life.
    In line with this, may we request your approval to declare it for demolition as soon
    as possible?
