May this letter serve to justify that our Security Guard with name abovementioned is needed
for keeping the safety of our school premises and surroundings. He makes sure that the
people entering the school grounds are monitored and only those allowed are entertained.
He checks also each rooms before and after he leaves the school. He sometimes do some
repairs also. He has been working in school for years and found that he can do the task
assigned to him with minimal supervision which led us to extend his contract.

keeping the safety of our school premises and surroundings. He makes sure that the school
premises are clean and safe not just for the learners and teachers but also for the other
stakeholders. He checks also each rooms before and after he leaves the school. He
sometimes do some repairs also. He has been working in school for years and found that he
can do the task assigned to him with minimal supervision which led us to extend his
contract.
