DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Certification Skills: Receive and depart Etihad and contracted third party
airlines, and do necessary Line maintenance tasks including but not limited
to Daily check, Weekly check, routine and non-routine service tasks,
component replacement and defect rectification as an engineer Complete
certification privileges including SMI CRS and B1 unlimited scope.

 Hangar : Certify all Etihad and contracted airlines after performing the
routine and non-routine checks including but not limited to A check, daily
check , EO’s , SB’s and AD’s and other tasks in order to maintain the airplane
in airworthy condition.

 AOG Recovery: Actively perform all necessary maintenance action including

inspection, rectification and test on Etihad airplanes which are grounded in
outstations due to unforeseen technical issues such as Foreign Object
Damage.

 Liaison with OEM’s and Part -21 Organizations for any defect clarification
and further disposition.

 Maintain highest safety and cleanliness standard in the workplace and ensure
safety of personal and equipment.

 Perform other related duties that superior may assign.

Skills and Abilities.
 Have worked on several key projects during the pilot phase including RFID
checks, several trouble shooting tasks and eventually reduced the number of
hours required to perform the same.
 Worked as Technician, Engineer and Section Head at various posts in Indian Air
Force.

 Have attained High security Police clearance and Airport Security permit with
NIL crimes recorded till date.

 Have valid UAE driving license and have attained Airport Driving Permit and can
operate high lift devices and related service vehicles.
 Can read write and speak 4 languages. Learning a new language is always fun.
