1. Typing and Printing Quality
• Font type of Times New Roman, font size of 12
• High quality laser or ink-jet printer for printing
2. Line Spacing
• Body text - double spacing
• Tables, long quotations, short footnotes, notes and citation in
references -Single-spacing
• The first sentence of a new paragraph should not start at the bottom
of a page
