Answer.
No ! Rose should not stop operating her restaurant because it is full of
customer in any given day. The location is pretty good, it is very obvious
that her restaurant make profit. According to her assistant ‘the profit was
increase 49% than last year profit.
The best thing to do is he need to fined a good, educated and very
competative manager for her business and turn over her position as a
manager.
In that way Rose can give extra time for her future husband at thesame
time they will operate there palay trading .

2. if you were Rose, what additional information would you need before making
a decision?
Answer.

If I were Rose I need to check first income statement and financial

statement of the two businesses to find out if there is a problem. I need to find
out who is more profitable and how long it will last. I need to check also they
background, history and nature of palay trading then I will study it.

My advice for Angelita is to continue operating contraction

supply business because she already started it. They put a lot of time and money
to start the business. Her personal felling’s need to separate to the business. If I
were her I will continue to convince her former boyfriend to buy product
because it is top rated contractor. Her business has a high potential to become
bigger company when she have a lot of top rated contractor customer.

I will give her advice to take the proposal if she convinced the dean
