excel in their own talents and skills. For example, first meeting are opportunities to know the
pupils interest. The best way the can introduce their selves is through something what they are
best f. for example, dancing, singing or drawing, or having a poem about their self. Good
classroom environment should give space for kids to follow their passions whether it
is music, dance, poetry, drawing or other art forms. This gives them a sense of
happiness which in turn helps them to approach academics with a free mind. Setting
aside time for such activities is really going to help them develop their creative talents
in addition to academic brilliance. Students who rightly use these opportunities can
come out of the school with flying colours. And for the intermiddiate grade it is time
to step up the game. Thinking ways where pupils can or might design a project that would be
presented in the whole school. For instance, for the history requirement, I will suggest my class
to create an exhibition of their final projects. They can create their booth, the design and the
content, the flyers, ect. And of course it must be aligned on the criteria that I will give hem. The
pupils will for sure will be so proud of their final work and learned from others presentations.
Parents and community members will also be happy to see students take ownership of their
learning.
