INITIAL PLAN REPORT ON SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROJECT AT FUTURIOS TECHNOLOGIES

PROJECT TOPIC: Digital Marketing.

ROLE: Digital Marketing Consultant.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE:

 Understand the importance of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in Company’s Growth.


 Survey the other competitors in the market by gathering information.
 Taking Bhubaneswar as a sample location for promoting the company’s services.
 Understanding the factors that influences company’s value in the market.

METHODS:

 Using Analytical research methodology, the validation of facts and information collected from
different competitors site will be done which will give a clear idea about how to increase traffic
for our company’s website.
 Review of those data and information collected from internet and different sites will be done to
know the keywords that increases traffic on a I.T company websites.
 Examining the content and services of the competitors will be done to get an idea about what
more can be done to enhance the traffic and attract more customers to our company through
our website.
 The concept of back links creation in different directories websites will be applied in which back
links will be created on different websites if it is for free.
 Organizing the competitors data and then putting them in back link checkers like uber suggest,
ahrefs.com and many more by which we can get different websites from our competitors to
create back links and increase traffic in our own company’s website.
 The website and back link creation method will be applied on a trial basis so the sample size
would be the competitors in Bhubaneswar city. The amount of competitors in Bhubaneswar
would be our target and being best among them would be the objective of the method used in
this project.
 Blogging about the company and its services in different blog sites as well as in our company’s
sites.
 Keeping the records of those sites using Excel sheet and forwarding it to authority every day for
further evaluations.

TIMELINE:

Completion of study and Finalization of report by June 30 th, 2020.

FINDINGS:

 It will help to find out the competition level and problems related to promotion and value of
company in the market.
 It will give some idea about how these process, procedure and methods helps the company to
find new area of customers through Digital Marketing.
 It helps me to identify the responsibility and working procedure of a marketing consultant in a
corporate sector.
 It helps me to know, and sharpen by marketing as well as content writing skills which are much
more needed for my internship as well as career opportunity.

CONCLUSION:

With this project I can observe, learn, explore and challenge myself as a marketing aspirant.
This project would help me understand the role and importance of the job description of a
marketing employee which would further strengthen my knowledge in this area. As moving
out of our comfort zone I look forward what can we do and what can be done to increase my
efficiency as well as the quality of project I am working on.
