PROMISSORY NOTE

To whom it may concern,

This is to express in writing my inability to pay on or before June 8 my outstanding balance of

Php 11,670.00 including the required down payment of at least Php6,000.00 for the upcoming
3rd Semester.

I promise to pay Php20,000.00 on or before June 11, 2020 to cover both my existing balance
and my down payment(enrollment).

Furthermore, I am fully aware that subsequent Promissory Notes shall not be accepted without
settling my current due amount.
