WHEREAS, Section 296 of Republic Act

WHEREAS, one of the approved proiects to be financed by the Omnibus T er

Loan is the purchase and acquisition of Computerized/lT and Closed Circait Television
GCfq, in the amount of FIFTY FM MILLION PESOS (Php 55,000,000.00)
WHEREAS, after implementing the said proiect, tle amount of SWENTEEN
MILLION PESOS (Php77,OOO,00O.0O) remains unutilized;

WHERHS, the City Mayor would like to use the unutilized amount for th
purchase and acquisition of traffic equipments;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED as it is hereby ORD,4INED by the City

Council of Valenzuela in session duly assembled the following:

SECTION 7. AUTIIONTY TO RE-ALIGN - The Honorable City Mayor is

hereby authorized to re-align the amount of Sf,YENTEEN DIILLION PESOS (Php
17,000,000.00) unutilized portion from the FIFTV FM MILLION PESOS
E (Php55,00O,0O0,00) allocation for the purchase and acquisition of ComputerlzedfiT
and Closed Circuit Telariston (CCTV) for the purchase and acquisition of Traffic
Equipments.

The City Mayor is further authorized to sign all documents related thereto and to
perform any and all acts and deeds which are required, necessary and incidental to carry
out the purpose of Ordinance.

SECflON 2. INFORMATIAN DISSEMINATION - Copies of this Ordinance

shall be forwarded to the Office of &e City Mayor, the Land Bank of the Philippines
[LBP], the City Budget Office, the City Treasurer's Office and the Commission on Audit -
Valenzuela City;

SECTION 3. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE - Should any section or provision of

this Ordinance be declared as unconstitutional or invalid, other provisions which are not
affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.

SECflON 4. REPilLING CLAUSE - Except as otherwise provided herein,

all Executive Orders, Administrative Regulations, City Ordinances, City Resolutions,
Barangay Ordinances, and Barangay Resolutions, which are inconsistent with an J
contradictory to any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed or modified
accordingly.

S. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
