NOW THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED as it is hereby ORDAINED by the City

Council of Valenzuela to authorize the City Mayor Honorable Rexlon T. Gatchalian in
behalf of the City Government of Valenzuela, to declare Northville 2A, Morning Ville,
Villa Barreto, Phases I to lll and Assumption Ville Phase I to V subdivisions located in
Barangay Canumay West and Lingunan, Valenzuela City, respectively, as abandoned
by the developer, and to declare the said subdivisions as open subdivisions, and to
enter into and sign an undertaking to the effect
FURTIIER ORITAIVED, that the Honorable City Mayor is authorized to sign all
documents required and necessary to implement the aforesaid declaration, as well
as to perform any and all acts and deeds necessary or incidental to carry out the
purpose of this Resolution.
