    From the Director’s Chair:
    WOW what a KILLER year we had! I am so proud of each and every one of you.
    We finished earning our 5th FREE Mary Kay car! I can't believe it. Now its time
    for a new year, which means NEW goals. Our unit is focusing on growing our
    unit size by 10% every month and we are focusing on having grand days.
    Remember a grand day is selling $100 in 1 day. We will have newsletter reco for
    being a grand day achiever, so let's sell some products so your name is in here!
    You can so do this! Tune into our weekly Fire Up FB live's on Thursdays @ 8 pm to
    hear ideas of grand day bundles.

    Check out all the New Year prizes on our website or on Intouch under Promotions.
    Set your goal and share it with us so we can cheer you on. Let's make this a great
    first month of the year!

    Remember our goal is to add 3 NEW Family Members to grow by 10% and to have
    grand days.
