RELEASE WAIVER and QUIT CLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

full payment of my separation pay.

from all manner of actions, damages, claims and demands against

assigns, or successors hereafter may have, upon or by reason of any matter or cause up

have received the above consideration as full and final satisfaction of any and all such

3. I undertake that I shall continue to keep in strict confidence and not disclose, divulge,
distribute, remove or otherwise share any operating, production, technical, trade,

a. Return my Company ID, Employment Handbook, working files, concepts and

designs.
