Regression Table
Predictor Mean (SD) Unstandardized standardized T- Value
(Independent Regression Regression
Variable) Coefficient Coefficient
JS 11.206 -.038 -.445 -15.075
LMX 25.87 -.045 -.107 -3.376
OCB A 38.91 -.024 -.050 -1.429
OCB B 12.42 -.068 -.054 -1.734
OCB C 7.73 -.000 .000 -o.009
Factor Analysis:
Sampling adequacy of the data is 0.893 (KMO and Bartlett’s test), and hence is greater than 0.5 and
is acceptable. Moreover, since the significance is <0.05, the variables are dependent. Communality
of each variable is greater than 0.3, and hence is acceptable.
To assess the consistency of the variables, we find that the value of Cronbach’s alpha is greater than
0.5 for 2 variables and 0.7 for 3 and more than 3 variables. Additionally, the reliability is greater than
0.35 and hence the data is both reliable and consistent.
Regression Analysis
Since significance of OCB is greater than 0.05 for all the components, we will exclude OCB as it is
insignificant. (Significance value: OCBA-.153, OCBB-.083, OCBC-.993)
Additionally, since tolerance is >= 0.2 and VIF=< 4, we find that independent variables are not
correlated and hence is acceptable.
IQ=11.948-.381(JS)-.045(LMX)
Discriminant Analysis
The median of IQ has been computed as 4. Therefore, the data will be bifurcate between Group 1
(Below Median) and Group 2 (Above Median)
Tests of Equality of group mean gives individual significance of JS1, LMX1, OCB1. Here all are
significant discriminators between quitters and stayers.

Hit Ratio
Since the hit ratio is greater than 60%, we can assume that the model is successful.
