Greetings!

As the Municipal Health Officer of the Municipality of Inopacan, Leyte, it is my task to see to it the
Health and Welfare of the people are taken care. With our efforts to combat COVID-19 an important
intervention is to quarantine Persons Under Monitoring and to isolate persons with signs and symptoms.
As per assessment, Barangay classrooms in the Municipality of Inopacan, Leyte will be a great help and
very necessary in case there will an upsurge of Persons Under Monitoring when Barangay Special Care
Facility will not suffice. Definitely, it will serve as Quarantine Facilities having all the necessary
conditions that suit its purpose to anyone who does not manifest signs and symptoms but has no travel
history in the past 14 days to areas with issued travel restrictions, with or without history of exposure; or
does not manifest signs and symptoms, has no travel history in the past 14 days to areas with issued travel
restrictions but with history of exposure.
