Water soluble Drawing Fluid

Description WD-858D is designed as drawing oil for galvanized steel and has
characteristics as follows

Benefits 1. Specially developed for wire not to be cut at high-speed drawing more
than 500mpm
2. Containing a lot of lubrication improver and E/P additive and tool cost
can be reduced.
3. Good heat-stability at high temperature, oil life can be extended.
4. Soft water and hard water can be used.
5. Easy separation of chip at working.

Application Dilution ratio of Zinc wire : Low speed(4~5%), Normal speed(5~6%)

High speed(6~8%),
Dilution ratio of Stainless steel wire : Normal speed(20~30%)

Term of validity 12 months from the date of manufacture at sealed state, 0 to 40℃.

1.Attention subject (when use)

Completely remove existing fluids,chips from system.
Do not allow acid materials.
Storage drums laid and avoid contacting with land.
It is recommended to keep diluting rate higher than ecommended
After that, recommended concentration should be maintained.
