*Important Notes:
1. Dtec Application will be cancelled if client will not be able to pay latest 1 week after issuance of invoices.
2. Once 10% Advance / Reservation Fee is PAID, the payment fee is NON-REFUNDABLE IF:
a. The client desires to withdraw / cancel their DTEC application.
b. The application is rejected / cancelled by DTEC / DSOA Management due to non-completion of the required processes (including the
payment of the remaining invoices when due) in due time.
3. The 10% Advance / reservation Fee is REFUNDABLE if CID background verification is REJECTED.
