Process Simplification

 The Digital Signatures have been incorporated so there is no interaction between the
applicant and the department
 All the requisite information regarding Building Bye-Laws, Master Plan of Delhi, Office
Orders, Circulars, List of Building Plans, DMC Act etc. are available on the MCD
website
 Check List : The ‘Check List’ and FAQ are available in public domain
 The affidavits (16 Nos) have been converted into e-undertaking from architect and an
undertaking from applicant
 Online Single payment option is available through Net banking / RTGS / NEFT/ Debit-
Credit Card.
 Online Calculator to determine the Building Plan fee is available on the website.
 For awareness of General Public, Facebook page (MCD Ease of Doing Business) has
been launched on which all circulars / office order / information are shared regularly.
 For day to day grievances / technical issues WhatsApp group is functional on which the
