Modal Plan: for OFC cases Modal Plan (separate for Block
section and station area) will be provided (downloadable),
PARTY to upload Digitally signed copy of Modal Plan duly fill
the items pertinent to PARTY.

Party should take care while proposing the location about its
feasibility.

Online Payment: Payment of Rs.1000 mandatory for all

casese.

DSC: on PLAN (OFC Case only)

Note: Payment of Rs.1000 is non-refundable and will be

adjusted against the final Demand if the Proposal is found
feasible.

Applications without Proper plan will be outrightly rejected.
