responsible for maintenance on rental items; any cost incurred due to
maintenance will be at your own cost.

- CONST time safety supervisor on site during installation and deinstallation. Leak of
supervision might result in punishment according to the 'WDD Safety Policy
Statement & Construction Safety Procedure' (see attachment #1).

A-09 Tender WDD 11/3/2022 Contractor to provide CV of Safety personnel (qualifications, relevant past Tenderer
- CONST working experience, etc) or established procedure to select competent safety
personnel.
A-10 Tender WDD 11/3/2022 Please confirm to comply with all Government and Wynn in-house requirement Tenderer
- CONST on health code checks and verification policies or procedures. All workers are
required NAT test every two days and RAT test on a daily basis. The expense
will be on contractor own cost.
