COMMENTS - MEP DEPARTMENT

1. This drawing submittal approval is conditional and subject to the designer complying to all
comments listed below and submision of all information / documents.
2. The Contractor is fully responsible for the coordination amongst all design’s disciplines. In the
event of mis-coordination due to errors, omissions and other mistakes within the
Designer/Contractor control, the Contractor shall correct those mistakes with all necessary
actions (demolition included) to the satisfaction of the Engineer.
3. Any deviations have to be submitted via the “change notification form” reflecting the value
engineering resulting from changes made from the technical specifications and project tender
documents. Refer to attached Commercial Rider “A”.

Contractor has submitted this submittal in compliance to
earlier submittal for Filling Station & Washing Facility which
was submitted vide submittal reference number: MI-AA-A1-
B08.07-M0-WS-004-07-00, received 19-02-2018.

In this revised submittal, contractor has been asked to comply

the comments which were issued on 06/03/2018.

Submission Contractor has complied with all comments mentioned as per -

at attached compliance document # MI-HK-A1-B08.07-M0-SR-
001-07-00-A in this submittal.

Kindly note that this submission in Compliance to an earlier

submission, hence this submission shall be read with same
number Revision -01.

Design phase shall read as IFC (Re-Submission).

Contractor shall refer the drawings also for an additional

Layout shall be as per the latest approved Architectural.

Contractor shall provide the drawing with lighter X-ref CAD pen
3 X-Ref assignment and darker Mechanical system for better -
identification.

All air outlet location with an approved RCP.

Contractor has submitted Fuel oil system drawing # MI-HK-A1-

B08.07-M0-10-011-07-00.

This is a Mechanical – HVAC package, contractor shall submit

this drawing in Plumbing package.

Contractor has already complied in earlier IFC package,

Kindly check and confirm. All relevant schedule like (Air

Compressor, Fuel Oil Tank) shall be provided in Plumbing
discipline.
